Five years ago, Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it’s the early 90’s. Carl’s got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

Rockstar Games brings its biggest release to mobile yet with a vast open-world covering the state of San Andreas and its three major cities – Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas – with enhanced visual fidelity and over 70 hours of gameplay.

• Remastered, high-resolution graphics built specifically for mobile including lighting enhancements, an enriched color palette and improved character models.
• Cloud save support for playing across all your mobile devices for Rockstar Social Club Members.
• Dual analog stick controls for full camera and movement control.
• Three different control schemes and customizable controls with contextual options to display buttons only when you need them.
• Compatible with the MoGa Wireless Game Controllers and select Bluetooth and USB gamepads.
• Integrated with Immersion tactile effects.
• Tailor your visual experience with adjustable graphic settings.

B+ but still a great game! Love it! I grew up playing this all the time and now I feel old as ish because I can play it on my phone now. Def a great game to play and graphics are amazing.. BUT.. will have to tweak the display settings to run smoothly unfortunately. Love how the cloud setting is on here and makes it easier to move game data from device to device! I love playing it just wish I could have the settings a little higher to enjoy the remastered version better. Looking forward to get Liberty City Stories next! Full Review

MotoG5plus/Ipega9021 Amazing game, better than I remember (original Xbox) No lag what so ever and all graphics are maxed, looks much better than Xbox version. Works great with an Ipega 9021 Bluetooth controller. Loading times are so much better than they were back in the day. Don't miss this definitive version San Andreas! Snapdragon 625/Tegra 4 will easily Max the graphics. Tegra 4 will give around 2 hours of gameplay, SD625 will give around 5 hours of gameplay. It will use around 600 MB of RAM at Max settings if you have it free Full Review

i bought this game on my samsung galaxy s4 octa core version and it looks more of lagplay and not gameplay. this is dejecting as rockstar games has failed to optimise this game for android devices. it is recommended that they make necessary improvements and make the game playable for medium to high end devices. i have 4gb internal storage out of 16gb free yet the game lags, even on low settings like 0% resolution and draw distance . Great if you have a gamepad Gta san andreas is pretty much the same game on mobile. Default touch controls arn't ideal though, I'd recommend a duelshock 4 with one of those clamps. The game its self is great with a huge open world full of stuff to do, it will do a number on older phones though unless you turn the setting's down. Full Review

This game is very fun and if you have seen my comment please download this game immediately because it's extremely fun and it is very easy to collect money ps its okay to play offline and if you have seen my comment i recommend you to download this game immediately and have a great time Full Review

Amazing Remember this so well from when I was a kid, simply cannot stop playing it!!. Graphics settings on max are top notch, no lag no freezing. I have a Samsung s5 with no issues at all. Controls are fine. Your playing gta in your hand ffs, it's gonna be a little harder of course. Those of you with weird named android phones/ tablets, it's the device, not the game. Well done rockstar, keep up the great work Full Review

I loved this game wh3n I was young and this brings back the best memories of my child hood haha.. the controls are kinda lumpy when steering a vehicle. But all other movements are pretty good. Butt,if you happen to have a Xbox one s controller it works perfect on my galaxy s8 plus. Thanks for porting this game to android and giving the option to max the graphics out. Looks very good! Good port Will give 5 stars if you will fix it to where my ps4 controller works flawless. It works, but controls are very stiff. Controls a lot better just using the touch screen as buttons. Will give 5 stars if you can fix that. Otherwise very impressed to have full gta sa on my phone. good work guys, and thank you!! Good fix while I'm at work and can't play gta v on my x1. Thanks again! Fix it so we can use ps4 controller please!!! Full Review

Just started, i am playing with an Xbox One controller and everything works perfect. The only problem is you are stuck with the original controls and cant change the buttons functions. I wish i could use the triggers for gas and braking for driving the cars like in GTA's 4 and 5. Other than that everything is good. A classic game, that runs smoothly, and is a great time nostalgia trip. This one works so well that i am definitley buying the other ports as soon as i am done with this one. Full Review

Game could be grate Game looks awesome but the controls don't work right. Walking and running is not fluid. It's stop and go. While driving it is very hard to steer while pressing the gas pedal. I have Max Payne and the controls in that are great what happened with GTA San Andreas. Please fix. Also could you make it so I can move the game to my SD Card. I am using a Samsung galaxy tab 4. The best game franchise ever! Rockstar is one of the best game developers out there! I've played every GTA game they've made, except the ones on PS Vita. Now I can play GTA Vice City & San Andreas on my phone! Funny, back in the day, the game needed a PS2 computer game console and this game maxed out it's processor. Now my phone is far more powerful than the console, with way faster loading times. Crazy how quickly we've advanced with processors and gaming! I love this game and every game of the GTA dynasty! Amazing that we can play this on phones now, never could have imagined back when I played vice city as kid that I could play these full games (not some chopped up version) on a small handheld device. The graphics, specifically people, fall a bit short but this is a old game being played on a mobile device. Besides that, Top Marks! Full Review

This game is great and on low settings, it runs pretty decent. I would like more optimization for this phone because the specs are good enough to run vice city on max and still get a good framerate. I would absolutely love the same for this title. By the way, gta v is a badass game so go buy that too. If you dont have a platform to play it on, buy one, buy gta and have fun lol. Full Review

Amazing Game!!! I love this game, its very addictive and fun. I can't stop playing it. Its just like living a real life in a virtual world. I have never played a better mobile game. There are so many missions and so much to do. I do wish that you could do more to cars in the mod shelter and I would also like it if there was a wider variety of cars. But over all this game is the best mobile game on the mobile Appstores. Full Review

Absolutely Amazing A great remake of a great game, runs (unsurprisingly) great on this device listed with as good as you can get touch controls, but using the Nvidia Shield Controller works much better. It is definitely worth the money when comparing it to the overall quality, enjoyment and the time you will spend on it. (When rushed) it takes about 40 hours / £3.00 = 13.3 hours per £1 Full Review

From a Shield Pro, I wish the game had the things I cared about like free aim. Even though there is a option for it it doesn't do anything. Tested with a Shield controller. Performance was fine just make sure no background apps are running and it will play at max with no issues. Honestly I would give this a 5/5 if it controlled better on console. Full Review

To keep the game from crashing, (on a high end device), have all setting on max and have the resolution on 75%. But overall, the game is fun and addicting. It plays just like the GTA San Andreas that we all know and love. Yes there are bugs and glitches and there are no cheats. But they have everything else. (including the radio) For the price of just $7, it's all the way worth it. I'm enjoying this game while on the go. Makes it a wonderful time killer. Full Review

It has its issues but still fun Brings back a lot of the fun memories of the countless hours I spent glued to my ps2. It could certainly be better, but overall it's still loads of fun to play. Full Review

Does everything except cheats and custom radio. Runs perfectly. Controls great. I completed even the Drivers school with no problem. HOWEVER, the game is actually controller compatible, at least with my MOGA Hero Power. Edit: there's a bug in San Fierro. Never accept Ceasars mission to heist the money being transported. It's only there during that mission. BEFORE you get in the truck with Catalina, kill her to fail the mission. Then, go find a tractor (they have a towing hitch).
